Delivery Charges:

The standard UK mainland shipping charge is £6.99 including Vat.

Some smaller and lighter products are available via Royal Mail postage, products are clearly marked where this is applicable.

Very large and or heavy items may require a specialist delivery method such as a pallet service. Again these products are clearly marked advising customers to contact us for a postcode specific quotation prior to placing an order.

Where an order contains multiple items a single delivery charge for the largest/heaviest item will be applicable.

International orders:

Customers wishing to order from outside the UK should contact us for a destination specific quotation prior to placing an order.

Lead Times:

Many items are available for Next Day delivery however this depends on the day/time the order is received and when the payment is processed. Next Day deliveries operate from Mon to Fri, for example a product despatched on Friday will be delivered on the Monday. Please note other factors including sheer volume of orders and seasonal fluctuations may also affect delivery schedules.

If you have an urgent requirement and a next day delivery service is critical please call us prior to placing an order.

Price Match

We offer a price match policy and are more than happy to attempt to match or beat a competitor’s price on a like-for-like basis. Please call or e-mail our sales department for a Price Match and remember to include the details of the product, price and reseller you would like us to match.

Payment:

Unlike some ecommerce sites we do not take payment for goods unless they are available for immediate despatch or are of a bespoke nature and a deposit payment has already been agreed between ourselves and the client.

Credit Accounts:

30 day credit terms are only available to education establishments and councils upon receipt of a written and signed purchase order displaying an official purchase reference number.
